May 22nd, 2021(Peacefully) after a short illness in his 91st year in the North West Hospice, Sligo. Pre-deceased by his parents Patrick and Mary and brother Tommy. Paddy will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his sister Mary, brother Michael, niece, nephew, grand nieces, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May He Rest In Peace.

Paddy will be removed from The Sharkey Funeral Home, Ballaghaderreen on Tuesday at 2pm to St. Aidan's Church, Monasteraden arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 2.30pm, followed by interment in Monasteraden cemetery. The Flannery family would ask that over the coming days, everyone who knew him would take some time to light a candle or say a prayer in his memory. For those who would have liked to attend the Mass but cannot due to the current restrictions, Paddy's Mass will be streamed on Sharkey Funeral Directors Facebook page.

In keeping with HSE, NPHET and Public Health guidelines, attendance at funerals is limited. Please respect the privacy of the family during this difficult time. If you would like to pay your respects along the way, please join the static Guards of Honour as the funeral cortège makes its way. Please ensure you maintain the recommended social distancing at all times keeping to the 2-metre apart guideline.
