August 5th, 2021 – Peacefully at University Hospital, Roscommon. Predeceased by his wife Anne, mother Maureen and father Bill. Sadly missed and remembered with love by his family - son Max, sisters Marie (Grady) and Teresa (Callaghan), nephews and nieces Shauna, Liam, Erin, John, Michaela, Michael, Patrick, Rory, Rebecca and Robbie, grandniece Nicole, uncles, aunts, brothers-in-law Michael and Joe, extended family, neighbours and friends.

John will be removed from his home (Cloonaholly) on Sunday at 1.30pm to Christ the King Church, Lisacul arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 2pm Interment will take place in Lisacul cemetery.
However, in line with Government and H.S.E advice regarding public gatherings, a small private funeral will be held. John'’s family would ask that over the coming days, everyone who knew him would take some time to light a candle or say a prayer in his memory.
